The Circuit Fitness program is designed to have challenging workouts for all fitness levels.  Whether you are a beginner wanting to get off the couch or an experienced athlete, our workouts will challenge you to reach your own personal goals.  

Through diverse classes of agility, cardio, strength and resistance training you will see your abilities and strength improve.

Classes are set in an encouraging group setting with everyone working together to be your best.
