Everyone's goals and resolutions are different. We are here to help! Let us know what you would like to work on or improve during the month of January. We'll have a goal sheet to help you through the month. It should be a realistic / quantifiable goal. Let's do this!
Monday through Friday
5:30-6:15 AM (instructor led group fitness)
8:30-9:15 AM (functional fitness / low Impact)
Saturday Kickboxing 8:00-8:45 AM
